Hello! I’m Nichita Levandovici, an indie game developer from Moldova. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected (if any) when you play my game on Steam, how it is used, and your rights.

2. Information I Collect Myself

I do not collect any personal information from you.

My game contains no ads, no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. The only things the game itself may technically send are:

• Basic crash reports through Unity engine (completely anonymous, no personal data, can be disabled in Unity player settings).
• Standard network requests when checking for updates or downloading additional free content (if the game has any).

No name, email, IP address, device ID, or gameplay data is ever stored or sent to me.

3. Information Collected by Steam (Valve Corporation)

When you purchase, download, or play the game on Steam, Valve Corporation (Steam) collects certain data according to their own privacy policy. This includes:

• Your Steam account information
• IP address
• Gameplay time, achievements, etc.

4. If You Contact Me

If you send me an email (support@michitai.com) or write a Steam review, any information you voluntarily provide (e.g., email address, name, message) will only be used to reply to you and will never be shared or sold.

5. Children (COPPA)

My game is not directed at children under 13 years old. I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

6. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Since I don’t collect any personal data through the game, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on my side. If you ever emailed me and want your messages deleted, just write to support@michitai.com and I’ll delete everything immediately.

I don’t store any of your data, so there is nothing to hack 😊

If this policy ever changes, I’ll update the “Last updated” date and post the new version on my website and in the Steam store page.
