Terms and Conditions
Mafia Deck Online — Google Play version
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Introduction
Hi! I'm Nichita Levandovici, an indie developer from Moldova. These Terms and Conditions apply when you play Mafia Deck Online — an online multiplayer social-deduction game. By playing, you agree to them.
2. Who Can Play
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country) to play online. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise your play.
3. Ownership & License
You get a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game for personal, non-commercial use. All code, art, music, and everything else belongs to me forever ❤️
4. Your Account & Nickname
- You're responsible for activity on your account — keep your credentials safe.
- Your display name is visible to other players. Don't pick names that are offensive, hateful, impersonate someone else, or contain personal information.
- I may rename or remove accounts with inappropriate names.
- You can delete your account and data at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.
5. Fair Play & Online Conduct
This is a multiplayer game — be a decent human at the table. You are not allowed to:
- Use cheats, hacks, trainers, exploits, or third-party automation/bots
- Harass, threaten, or target other players, or use hateful language
- Deliberately ruin rooms (griefing, intentionally throwing matches, repeated disconnects)
- Attempt to disrupt or attack the game servers
- Stream or sell the game commercially without my permission
Breaking these rules can get you a warning, a kick from the room, or a temporary/permanent ban — no refund owed. Players who go inactive may be removed from the match automatically.
6. Other Players
In-game communication is limited to preset discussion cards — there is no free-text or voice chat. Still, I don't control other players' behavior, and I'm not responsible for what they do. If someone is abusive, report it to support@michitai.com.
7. Virtual Content
Characters, cosmetics, and other in-game content are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They're non-transferable, and I may change or remove them in updates.
8. Purchases & Refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and are requested through your Google account. I can't issue refunds myself.
9. Google Play Rules Apply Too
You also have to follow the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's policies. If you break them, Google can suspend your account (and I can't help you).
10. Service Availability
Mafia Deck Online needs my servers to work. I'll do my best to keep them running, but I can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime — maintenance, outages, or updates happen. I may change, suspend, or discontinue the online service; if that ever happens I'll try to give notice on this site.
11. No Warranty
The game is provided "as is". I don't guarantee it will be bug-free or work on every device forever.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, I'm not responsible for indirect damages, lost progress, or angry cats caused by playing the game 😺
13. Updates & Support
I may release updates, patches, balance changes, or new versions. Some updates may be required to keep playing online. I'm not obligated to support the game forever, but I'll try my best!
14. Termination
If you seriously break these rules, I can suspend or terminate your access to the online features. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
16. Changes
I can update these Terms at any time. The new version becomes effective when posted here with a new date.
