This policy covers browsing the michitai.com website only. Data collected inside our games is covered by the Games Privacy Policy and by each game's platform-specific notice. The API service at api.michitai.com has its own privacy policy.
Who operates this website

What the website collects
- Delivery and security: the hosting provider receives your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser/network information to serve pages and investigate abuse.
- Support: your email address and message contents when you contact us.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics receives browsing events, device/browser information and cookie identifiers only after you press Accept in the consent banner. Declining keeps analytics off.
- Advertising: content pages display Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may set/read cookies and use device identifiers to deliver, measure and — where permitted — personalize ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, ad personalization is governed by Google's consent message required by Google's EU user consent policy.
- Embedded content: some pages embed Steam widgets or YouTube videos; loading them sends your IP address to Valve/Google, which may set their own cookies.
Cookies and your choices
michitai-consent(local storage): remembers your analytics choice so the banner isn't shown every visit. It is never sent to our servers. Clearing site data resets it.- Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) load only after Accept. - Advertising cookies (e.g.
__gads,__gpi,__eoi) come from Google and its partners. Manage or withdraw personalization in Google Ads Settings, My Ad Center, or aboutads.info/choices; where offered, Google's consent message also lets you refuse personalization.
We do not sell personal data for money. Personalized advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some US state laws — use the Google controls above or email us to opt out. These website choices do not affect games: our games contain no ads and no ad SDKs.
Legal bases
Where GDPR or similar law applies: contract/legitimate interests for serving pages and answering you; consent for analytics and personalized advertising; legal obligations where required. Declining analytics leaves full site access.
International processing

Retention and security
Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle it plus reasonable follow-up. Hosting logs follow the host's schedule. Google retains its analytics/advertising data under its own policies. We cannot erase records held on third-party systems; use the provider controls or ask us for help.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law you can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising without discrimination. Email support@michitai.com. You may complain to Moldova's CNPDCP (datepersonale.md), your EU/EEA authority, the UK ICO, or another competent regulator.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. Website consent choices are not parental consent for any game. Contact us if you believe a child provided data improperly.

We date changes at the top of this page. A material change to optional processing will re-ask for consent where required.
