STREAM AUDIO CAST — PROPRIETARY LICENSE

1. DEFINITIONS

   "Software" means the Stream Audio Cast Android application, including its
   binaries, source code, assets, branding and documentation.

   "Licensor" means the copyright holder listed above.

   "You" means any individual or entity downloading, installing or using the
   Software.

2. GRANT OF USE

   The Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free
   license to install and use the Software to produce and broadcast live
   streams for both COMMERCIAL and NON-COMMERCIAL purposes, subject to the
   restrictions below.

3. PERMITTED USES

   You may use the Software to:

   a) Stream audio and video content to Twitch or compatible RTMP services;
   b) Monetize your own streams (subscriptions, ads, donations, sponsorships)
      where the streamed content itself complies with Section 4;
   c) Use the Software on any number of devices You own or control.

4. PROHIBITED USES

   You may NOT use the Software to produce, promote, advertise or facilitate
   content or activity involving:

   a) Alcohol or alcoholic beverages;
   b) Tobacco products, cigarettes, vaping or nicotine products;
   c) Gambling, casinos, betting or lotteries;
   d) Cryptocurrency scams, fraudulent investment schemes, or any deceptive
      or fraudulent marketing or streaming practices;
   e) War, armed conflict, weapons promotion, or glorification of violence;
   f) Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation of any person;
   g) Any illegal goods, services or activities under applicable law;
   h) Any content intended to harm, deceive or endanger people — in short,
      uses that are bad for humanity.

5. RESTRICTIONS ON THE SOFTWARE ITSELF

   Except where prohibited by law, You may not:

   a) Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the Software or
      modified versions of it without prior written permission;
   b) Remove or alter copyright notices, branding or license terms;
   c) Reverse engineer the Software except as permitted by mandatory law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights,
   title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual
   property rights. The "Stream Audio Cast" name and branding may not be
   used for derivative or competing products without written permission.

7. PRIVACY

   The Software does not collect, transmit or sell your data. Your stream
   key is stored encrypted on your device and is sent only to the streaming
   endpoint you configure.

8. NO WARRANTY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR SHALL
   NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE
   USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. TERMINATION

   This license terminates automatically if You breach any term, including
   the Prohibited Uses in Section 4. Upon termination You must cease all
   use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
